Our labels explained
You might notice a few different labels featured on products in our catalogue. Here's what they mean:

This means we currently have enough stock only for existing prescriptions and cannot fulfil new requests

Shipping
All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm next business day.
Payment
A prescription ordered before 3.30pm, we will have same day dispatch. If ordered after 3.30pm, dispatch will be next business day.
