General
Alternaleaf and Montu are separate companies but they are both owned by Montu Group
The majority of Alternaleaf patients choose Montu to fulfil their prescriptions because of the speed of delivery, the visibility of stock availability and the level of service provided.
Delivery
Once your prescription is sent to us from the clinic, you'll receive an email saying it's ready for payment. You can then go ahead and order.
If payment is made by 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, we will dispatch your medication on the same day. We also dispatch on Saturdays if you order before 12 noon.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee delivery the following working day before 1pm. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available in some areas, but not guaranteed. Tracking emails are usually sent by Royal Mail later in the evening on the day of dispatch.
Orders to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and remote areas can take up to 2 working days to arrive.
